"Four improvements": to improve the members' stability of moral, legal system, and professional skill; to improve the enterprise safe management; to improve inner guarding grade; to improve the ability of managing emergencies;
"Four avoidance": to avoid casualty; to avoid infiltration of enemy, to avoid the public accident caused by "Falungong" evil organization and illegal religion organization, to avoid terrorism crime and gang Dom crime; to avoid cadre illegal crime;
"Four stop": to stop big safe accident; to stop big economic crime; to stop government building to be besieged by people caused by conflict and the disturbance of social order; to stop serious appeal to Beijing higher authorities for help.
The working team of "safe enterprise construction" was constituted of Mr. Zhaohu, the director of this team, Mr. Zhao Yunfang, Mr. Huang Wending and Mr. Huangchun as the vice director of this team, and daily affairs was led by Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. Party committee office.
The task aim is: 1. To improve the safe management level, establish the production safe insurance system. 2. To improve the risk defense ability, and establish the management safe insurance system. 3. To protect the legal right of staffs, and establish staffs safe insurance system. 4. To strengthen the public security management, and establish social stable insurance system.
The plan also raised 7 measures, to ensure the "safe enterprise construction" developing efficiently, widely and deeply.
