XSI first building 5390DWT STAINLESS STEEL OIL/CHEMIAL TANK (415A) was successfully launching from No.1 slipway on April 28, 2017.     The ship is total 103.8m length, 16.5m width, 8.4m depth, and draft is 6.2m. Equip with single main engine, propeller and rudder. The main feature of the ship is the use of dual-phase stainless steel. The liquid cargo tank is built with 2101 dual-phase stainless steel, which can be cleaned and ensure the quality requirement of carry various liquid chemicals cargo.
    The ship is used for bulk transport variety of refined oil or chemicals. The liquid cargo flash point less than 60 ° C and the temperature of transport does not exceed 80 ° C. The vessel has 10 cargo tanks and two slop tanks.The liquid cargo system pipeline, valve parts, liquid cargo pump are all made of 316L stainless steel. All the tank wall, pipe, pump, valve and so on are made of stainless steel material due to carry the chemicals and liquid cargo. The quality requirements and technical difficulty is so high on welding, deformation prevention, seepage prevention, surface scratch prevention, polishing grinding, pickling passivation, etc.
    After launching, the ship will enter into the construction of interior decoration, equipment commissioning and liquid cargo hold completely work.
