XSI sign the delivery agreement with China railway Fuchuan Marine engineering company for the first delivered Fujian Wind Turbine Service Unit “Fuchuan Sanxia” at New office building conference room F1515 on June 1, 2017 15:00. Mr. Lin Qin, the secretary of party committee, General manager of XSI, and Mr. Guan Junbin, the chairman of China railway Fuchuan Marine engineering company signed the delivery agreement. Ship Owner, representatives of CCS classification society, executives and relevant leaders, staff attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. 
    The first delivered Fujian Wind Turbine Service Unit “Fuchuan Sanxia” is total 108.5m length, 40.8m width, 7.8m depth, and design draft is 4.5m with positioning system. The largest operation depth of the vessel is 50 meters, stern port of the Platform installed a 1000 ton electric pile rotary crane, starboard of bow around hoist room installed one 200 tons full slewing crane. The Fujian Wind Turbine Service Unit is mainly used for the transportation and hoisting the base, the tower, the engine room and blade of the fan equipment, which can be used for piling and pile foundation construction, and Marine salvage operation at sea.The platform can carry three 5MW or two 7MW fans equipment, and the operating area is larger than 2500 square meters. The Fujian Wind Turbine Service Unit has the ability to installation and assembly simultaneous. 
    The Fujian Wind Turbine Service Unit is hard to construct. The company set a team to solve a number of technical difficulties and in close coordination with the relevant departments. XSI take better control of the production and accuracy with the sufficient experience in building PCTC. It is only take less than four months in the docking period, and almost all of the commissioning of the equipment is done in the dock. Main propulsion system done the commissioning, ship coating finished, communication and navigation device is ready for sea trial. The service unit is nearly ready for delivery after launching. That refresh the record of domestic similar products building.
    The service unit moved to Xiamen Haixiang dock to carry out the precise lifting of four legs on January 24, 2017. And then completed the DP location and offshore lift platform etc in the Xiamen foreign sea. The first sailing of the service unit from xiamen to putian was successful with the blessing of the XSI people on May 31, at 6:45 am. The performance was praised by the shipowners.
