XSI will build four 5800DWT Deck Cargo Ship for LD PORTS & LOGISTICS PTE LTD ( hereinafter referred to as LDPL, the subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus Armateurs group), Two 5800DWT Deck Cargo Ship (451A/B) held the steel cutting ceremony at Production Department of XSI at June 15, 10:40. LDPL project manager Mr. WILLIAM, Site team manager Mr. Hong, HSE manager Mr. JEREMY, owner party Harbin Electric Corporation representatives, representatives of French BV classification society and Mr. Lin Qin, the secretary of party committee, General manager of XSI, and the deputy general manager Mr. Zhang Tao and other leaders, guests attended the ceremony. 
    Before the ceremony, the company's Weifeng drum team performed the opening performance. Mr. Lin Qin, the secretary of party committee, General manager of XSI, and LDPL project manager Mr. WILLIAM came to plasma CNC cutting machine start the ignition button together at 11:00. Two 5800DWT Deck Cargo Ship formally started to build. 
    It is reported that 5800DWT Deck Cargo Ship is the new type for XSI and it’s first time for XSI to build. The ship is total 102.9m length, 24.6m width, 6m depth, and design draft is 3.8m. The vessel can carry coal on main deck , two rotary propeller are installed on both ends of the vessel, both ends of the vessel can be the bow of the ship. And the vessel equipped with an advanced water mist dust suppression system, which is used to suppress raise of fine coal particles when loading and unloading of coal dust.
